Whatever issues you are experiencing, finding the help and support you need is essential
What is CBT?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a form of psychological treatment - a ‘talking therapy’ - that has been shown to be effective for a wide range of problems, including depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, grief, OCD, panic and many more. Our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all interconnected, affecting each other and maintaining the issues that impact our emotional wellbeing. A combination of building awareness through psycho-education, exploring our thoughts and beliefs and where they have come from, then challenging and restructuring those thought patterns to in turn change the way we feel and behave can move us forward and reduce the impact of the issues that have been affecting and holding us back in the present day.
