What happens in therapy?
As a Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist I will work with you to address the issues you tell me are having the greatest impact on your life and emotional wellbeing using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques whilst tailoring that therapy to you and your needs.
Providing you with a safe space
Your therapy can take place face to face or online, depending on location and your preference. Whichever option you choose, I will ensure your therapeutic space is calm, confidential and somewhere you can feel comfortable to share whatever you need or wish to share.
